Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Lourio, we stand behind every product we sell. We understand that the body needs time to respond and rebalance, which is why we recommend using the product consistently for at least 14 days before evaluating results.
If after 14 days of daily use, you do not notice any improvement in your experience or overall results within 90 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
How It Works
Contact us at lourioinfo@gmail.com within 90 days of the delivery date. We will guide you through the return process and process your refund once the returned product has been received.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind before your order ships?
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order enters processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
We carefully inspect and package every product before it leaves our facility.
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or physical damage, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos to lourioinfo@gmail.com.
We will review the case and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes

Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (such as a dented box) does not qualify for replacement if the product itself is undamaged

We cannot replace products damaged due to normal use or improper handling
Shipping & Delivery Issues
We do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier issues, customs delays, or logistical disruptions.
For delivery-related issues, please contact the courier directly.
Lourio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our facility.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed.
After 24 hours, we are unable to change the shipping address and cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
