1. Delivery time
Processing time: 1-3 working days from placing your order. Shipping time: 7-10 working days after your order has been dispatched.
This means you can normally expect your order within [8-13] working days from order to door.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Deliveries may take longer due to carrier delays, high demand, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Delivery area
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
3. Shipping cost
Any shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. All orders qualify for free tracked shipping.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take a couple of days before tracking information begins to update.
5. Import, customs, and VAT
Our products are shipped from our supplier outside the United Kingdom.
Depending on the value and nature of your order, customs duties and import VAT may apply. Any such charges are determined by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) or the carrier and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. These charges are payable by you directly to HMRC or the carrier upon delivery.
6. Late or missing delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at lourioinfo@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate the status of your shipment.
If your parcel does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it. See our Returns and Refund Policy for how we handle claims.
7. Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge for shipping, return shipping, and handling costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address in your order confirmation email. If anything is wrong, email us at lourioinfo@gmail.com immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
