At Lourio, we offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase and no hidden fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered shipped and begins its journey to you.
Please note: During peak seasons or holiday periods, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time begins once the package has been shipped. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 8–12 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 8–12 business days
🇩🇪 Germany: 8–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us at lourioinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist, but once an order has entered processing, changes can no longer be made.
If our system detects an address issue, we will contact you within 3 business days to confirm. If we do not receive a response, the order may be canceled and a refund issued.
Delays
While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control — including courier issues, customs clearance, weather, or transportation disruptions.
Lourio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control.
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
You may also contact us at lourioinfo@gmail.com, and we’ll assist where possible — including reaching out to the courier on your behalf. While Lourio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a one-time replacement or compensation depending on the circumstances.
