Will it go flat after a few weeks?

No. Mysi is filled with high-loft PP cotton fibre that springs back to shape night after night.

It's not memory foam, which compresses over time and traps heat.

If you've had pillows that went flat after a month, this is a different fill, and it's the reason we can back it with a 30-night guarantee.

Will this fit me?

Mysi is 110cm long and shaped to keep your shoulders, hips, and knees aligned regardless of your height. The S-curve adapts to your body's natural shape, whether you're 150cm or 180cm.

Will it help with my hip pain?

The S-curve holds your hips level so your body weight spreads along the pillow instead of pressing straight down on one hip all night.

It changes the position your body lies in, which changes where the load goes.

That's what it does, and it's the reason physiotherapists recommend this type of support for side sleepers.

stopped waking up broken.

"For two years I got out of bed every morning and walked to the bathroom like Frankenstein. My hips, my knees, my lower back. I'd assumed it was just menopause and doctors didnt take me seriously. First week with this and I got out of bed and just walked not feeling broken anymore"

"I've spent over £400 on my hip pain. New mattress. Memory foam topper. One of those massive U-shaped pregnancy pillows that took over the entire bed. This is still working three months later and it cost less than any of them."

"My husband bought this after a year of watching me limp to the kettle every morning. I told him it was a waste of money. Night four, I asked him to order a second one for the spare room so I'd have it when we travel."

"I used to sleep with a pillow between my knees, another one under my arm, and a rolled-up towel behind my back. Every night was a twenty-minute construction project, and half of it was on the floor by 3am. This one pillow was all it took and it stays with me when I turn over. I wish I'd found this two years ago."

"I'm 52. Perimenopausal. My hips have been the worst part of it. I can't explain how different the mornings are now. I get out of bed and I just move. Like a normal person. Like I used to."

Woman sleeping on her side with the Lourio S-curve body pillow supporting shoulders, hips and knees

Hormone changes have stripped your joints' cushioning. And you're unknowingly crushing them for eight hours every night.

How the Lourio S-Curve Helps You Sleep Better

Something Doctors Don't Tell You

During menopause, the estrogen that keeps your joints cushioned starts to thin out. The padding that used to protect them gets weaker. So when you lie on your side, there's nothing filling the gap between your body and the mattress. Your hip takes your full weight all night. Your top leg pulls your back out of line. Your knees press straight into each other for hours, making it a battle to just sleep.

Three-Point Support Takes Over

The S-curve fills the three gaps your body leaves when you lie on your side: under your arm, at your waist, and between your knees. Your weight spreads along the full length of the pillow instead of concentrating on three pressure points.

You Sleep Through the Whole Night

When the load comes off those three points, your body stops jolting you awake to shift position at 3am. Less turning. No more lying there at half four, stiff and wide awake, waiting for morning. You get out of bed and walk to the bathroom like a person. Not like you need a hip replacement. Not like Frankenstein. Like you actually slept.

"An S-shaped body pillow that supports the shoulder, the hip, and the knees at once keeps the spine in a neutral line. Most body pillows only get one of those points. One that gets all three is what I recommend for my menopausal women patients who sleep on their side."

  • ★★★★★

"Every patient I see who sleeps on their side and has hip or lower back pain gets the same advice: support the whole side, not just the knees.

A pillow between the knees helps one pressure point. But the shoulder and hip are still hanging free. It's only when all three are supported that the body can actually let go through the night."

What to Expect

Results You Can Feel

Night 1–3

Finding your position.

The S-curve feels different from whatever you've been using. Your body figures out where to settle. Most women find their spot by the second night and start to relax into the support.

  • Natural alignment
  • Less turning

Week 1

The mornings change.

The first thing you notice isn't better sleep. It's easier mornings. That stiff, heavy walk to the bathroom starts to shorten. You're not fixed, but you're not starting every day feeling like your body rusted shut overnight.

  • Fall asleep faster
  • Better mornings

Week 2–3

You stop thinking about it.

The pillow just becomes part of the bed. No arranging, no adjusting, you just get in and sleep. Your energy and mood during the day start to shift, because your body is actually recovering at night instead of fighting its position.

  • More energy
  • Better mood

Night 30

You won't want to sleep without it.

Lourio is part of your routine now. You sleep through the night, every night. The thought of going back to nothing feels wrong. Most women order a second one around now.

  • Full nights of sleep
  • No going back

Frequently asked questions

Got Questions? We've Got Answers

How long does delivery take?

5-10 working days to anywhere in the UK. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Free for all orders.

How do I wash Lourio

The cover zips off and goes in the machine at 30°C. The pillow itself spot-cleans.

Can I use it during pregnancy?

Yes. The S-curve supports the same three points pregnancy pillows target: shoulders, hips, and knees. Works for side sleeping during pregnancy and long after.

Will it help with night sweats?

The ice silk cover has a cool, smooth surface that doesn't trap heat the way flannel or memory foam does. It won't stop night sweats. Nothing external will. Talk to your GP about HRT for that. But it won't make them worse, and that's more than most bedding can say.

I'm on HRT. Do I still need this?

HRT addresses the hormonal cause. This pillow addresses the mechanical one: position and pressure. They work on different things. Many women on HRT still wake up stiff because their joints are loaded wrong all night, regardless of hormone levels.

Does it take up the whole bed?

No. Lourio runs shoulder to knee along one side of your body. It's not a U-shape that wraps around you. Your partner keeps their side.
